AFT Pennsylvania is sponsoring union phone banks, labor walks, literature distribution and other election activities to encourage AFT members and their families to register to vote and to get out and vote on Tuesday, November 4.

Volunteer @ Phone Banks
Phone banks are operating in all three cities Monday through Thursdays from now until November 4 from 4-8 p.m. Labor walks will begin Saturday, September 13 and continue through the election. AFT affiliates also will need volunteers to distribute election literature. To volunteer for these activities, please contact:

Volunteer for Saturday Labor Walks
Labor walks will be held every Saturday from now until the election to encourage union members to vote on Election Day for candidates who support public education and other issues that matter to our members. Walks are great fun and great exercise. To volunteer, sign up at a walk-center near you.
